  PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Who we are?
GRACCIE comprises Spanish research groups and one from Switzerland whose scientists are having a leading role in the elaboration of the reports of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

The Spanish participating scientists hail from eleven autonomous regions (Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, Basque Country, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla-Leon, Catalonia, Galicia, Madrid and Valencian Community).

The GRACCIE team encompasses 161 researchers, including 127 doctors, and is nearly balanced in the number of scientists from the research organizations (namely CSIC and CEAM) and from various Spanish universities.

The team is markedly inter- and multidisciplinary, encompassing all of the scientific fields required to complete the project.
